IDEAS Lecture Series 2014 Red Bull: High Performance and Human Potential Development

Dr. Walshe will be sharing a glimpse of what goes on behind the curtains at Red Bull High Performance, located at the company’s national headquarters in Santa Monica: the approaches and often unpredictable stories behind how the best in the world succeed, and the pathways that broaden our collective understanding of the true capacity of human potential.

Andy Walshe, Director of High Performance
Andy Walshe’s general framework is the research and training of all aspects associated with the management and delivery of elite performance via both personal and organizational strategies. Ultimately his goal is to “Hack High-Performance” so that we can develop a greater understanding of the “Human Potential” construct. Through this understanding it is his vision that we share these lessons with everyone and develop intelligent systems to optimize these application towards the betterment of society.
